Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Cavora. Please review the policy below for returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.
1) Return Window & Eligibility (U.S. & International)
• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with the safety seal intact.
◦ For health and safety reasons, opened or unsealed supplements cannot be returned.
• You'll need your order number and proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
• Opened or unsealed consumables (e.g., supplements, powders, gummies) • Final sale / clearance items • Gift cards • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases (if any)
2) How To Start a Return

Email support@cavorashop.com with subject "Return Request – Order #[your order #]".

Include: full name, order number, item(s) you want to return, and reason.

If approved, we'll send:
◦ A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
◦ A return shipping label (U.S. customers) and packing instructions
Important: Items sent back without an approved RMA may be refused.

4) Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we cover return shipping.
• For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), we provide a prepaid label and deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
• International customers: please use a trackable service; return postage is your responsibility unless we made an error.
5) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact support@cavorashop.com within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include:
• Photos of the outer box and product(s) • Lot number/expiry (if visible) • Order number
We'll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
6) Exchanges
For fastest service, return the unwanted item (per this policy). Once accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
7) Refunds
• After your return is received and inspected, we'll email you the approval status.
• If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• If your bank/card hasn't posted the refund after 15 business days, contact your bank/card issuer first, then email support@cavorashop.com.
• Partial refunds or denials may apply if returned items are used, opened, missing parts, or otherwise not in original/resalable condition.
8) Bundles, BOGO, and Free Gifts
• Bundles/BOGO: You must return all items from the promotion to receive a full refund.
• If you keep part of a bundle or a free gift, the refund will be adjusted to reflect the full retail price of items kept.
9) Subscriptions (Start, Modify, Cancel)
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or by emailing support@cavorashop.com.
• To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
• Once an order has processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled; please follow the return process above after delivery (unopened items only).
10) Order Changes, Address Issues & Refused Deliveries
• We can try to edit or cancel an order before it is processed. Email support@cavorashop.com ASAP with your order number.
• We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
• Refused/undeliverable packages returned to us may be refunded minus original shipping and return shipping costs.
11) Purchases From Other Retailers
This policy applies to purchases made directly at cavorashop.com Items bought through third-party retailers must be returned through the original place of purchase, subject to that retailer's policy.
12) International Customers & Duties/Taxes
• Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not refundable by Cavora.
• Mark your package "Returned Goods" to help avoid additional customs charges.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
13) European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
• You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of delivery.
• You must return goods within 14 days after notifying us.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods (or you provide proof of return).
• Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed health or hygiene products once unsealed (e.g., supplements with a broken safety seal), or goods liable to deteriorate rapidly.

Include: full name, address, order number, items, and statement that you withdraw from the contract.
Model Withdrawal Statement (you may copy/paste): "I hereby withdraw from my contract of sale for Order #[order number]. Name: [your name], Address: [your address], Date: [today's date]."
